Primary Target→₂-adrenoceptor

General description

A potent antagonist for α₂-adrenoceptors (pK_i values are 8.52, 8.00 and 9.17 for human α_2a, α_2B and α_2C receptors respectively). Often used as pharmacological stressor in animal studies.

Yohimbine Hydrochloride is a potent antagonist for α₂-adrenoceptors, α_2B and α_2C receptors respectively).
